Return window

You can return items within 90 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to start a return

1. Email us at contact@hocking-hale.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. We reply with your return instructions and return address, usually within a few hours.
3. Pack the items securely and send them back to us with a tracked shipping method.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer. If your item arrived damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, we cover the return: we email you a prepaid return label to print at home.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and has been checked, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us and we will help you find the right piece. The quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order.
