Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched from our North American warehouse in Obetz, Ohio within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays).

Delivery time

After dispatch, standard delivery takes 3–6 business days to addresses in the contiguous United States. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may take a little longer.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders. We currently ship within the United States only.
