How long does one canvas take to finish?
Most people spread it over several sittings rather than one long session. An hour here and there is the normal way to work through it.
What if I spill the beads?
Work from the tray and keep the extra bags closed until you need that color. Kits include extra beads of each color for this reason.
Can I pause partway through and come back later?
Yes. Cover the uncovered adhesive with the protective film that comes on the canvas, then peel it back when you return.
Is a frame included?
No, the kit comes with the canvas and tools only. Many people frame it after finishing, but it can also be hung as is.
How to use
- Step 1: Lay the canvas flat and peel back one small section of the protective film.
- Step 2: Dip the applicator pen tip into the wax, then touch it to a pearl bead to pick it up.
- Step 3: Match the bead's number to the matching symbol on the canvas and press it down firmly.
- Step 4: Work section by section, peeling back more film as you go. Press the whole canvas flat with a book when finished.
