Does it need a rod?
Yes. Pleatwell hangs from a rod or a telescopic pole, which is sold separately. Most people already have one or pick up an inexpensive tension pole.
Can I see through it?
It blocks the view into the space, but it is not blackout fabric. Light will pass through, so treat it as a privacy screen rather than a light blocker.
Will the pleats flatten over time?
No. The folds are built into the fabric, not pressed in. They stay put with daily opening and closing.
Can I use it somewhere other than a doorway?

How to use
